The Answers You Need

 

IS PICME! A TYPICAL PHOTO BOOTH?

PicMe! has been always been an original company with a passion to “think outside the booth”. We provide an open system that escapes the confines of a traditional photo booth and creates an interactive photobooth experience which is able to accommodate from 2 to 15 people. We believe in customer service, therefore, we interact with guests. Unlike many other “open air” booths, our focus on professional studio lighting, photo quality, and customer service separate us from our competition.

WHAT EVENTS ARE BEST FOR PICME!?

PicMe! provides photo entertainment for any type of event. We function best in open areas that guests frequent, transforming any event into a memorable, fun photo experience. We work on all types of events, including holiday parties, weddings, birthdays, quinceañeras, conferences, private dinners, galas, product launches. Really any event where people want to have a good time.

HOW MUCH SPACE DOES IT TAKE UP?

In general, it takes a space of 10′x 10′; however, the set up can scale down to as small as 6′ × 8′ if needed. We have done events in smaller spaces, so if you have a concern about a particular space, let us know. It is preferable to operate in spaces with a 10’ height clearance, to accommodate our studio lighting, but we can fit into a space as low as 7’.

WHAT ABOUT BACKDROPS?

We have a variety of backdrops. The more we know about your event, the better so contact us, tell us about your theme and we’ll be sure to recommend some options.

HOW ARE PHOTOS TAKEN?

Our attendants are monitoring the process. Photos are automatic and it will stay like that thought out your event. We designed it this way to give your guests an unforgettable experience without having to worry about technical skills. Simply, go in and take pictures!

DO PICTURES PRINT OUT ON-SITE?

Yes, we offer instant printing. Our standard print option is double 2×6 photo strips with 3-4 images or poses and custom text or logo, reminiscent of traditional photobooths. Additionally, we offer a variety of 4×6 with also 3-4 images or poses.

DO YOU OFFER SCRAPBOOKS?

We offer scrapbooks for your guests to leave a memory at the event. Compared to our competition, we don't charge extra for scrapbooks. We will provide the album, extra pages, pens, glue, and other fun accessories to make the scrapbook. If you would like to DIY it and bring your own album, that’s fine too! We will decorate your album too. No hard feelings.

HOW CAN GUESTS VIEW AND SHARE THE PHOTOS?

Photos are placed in an online and digital album. Only individuals with digital album link can access those pictures. Also, guests will be able to obtain digital copies via QR code. We got you!

CAN THE PHOTOS BE BRANDED WITH MY COMPANY LOGO OR EVENT DETAILS?

Yes, we design any custom text and graphics you prefer, such as event information, sponsor logo, promotional branding elements, and more. Additionally, we can help you create a customized set, from the background to unique props, so your photo booth experience is unique each time.

DO YOU WORK AT OUTDOOR EVENTS?

Absolutely, but please let us know ahead of time. However, there are often more logistics to arrange with an outdoor event, so be sure to contact us so we can make sure we can help work out the details of your event.

DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS?

Yes, absolutely. We offer a variety of props including fun hats, glasses, canes, instruments, cameras, and vintage props. This distinguishes us from our competition since we offer a lot to props per event. Let us know what you are looking for, and in most cases, we’ll try to put together a custom prop package at no charge.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP AND BREAK DOWN?

It takes between 30 minutes to 45 minutes to set up and about 30-45 minutes to break down. Early setup is also suggested and recommended. 

WE ARE A NON-PROFIT, CAN YOU WORK WITH OUR BUDGET?

From the very start of PicMe! we’ve always supported our community charities and foundations. In fact, we have done many events for non-profit organizations. Depending on our availability, size of your event, we may be able to offer special non-profit pricing, so please reach out. We got you!

HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE YOUR SHOOTING STYLE FOR VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY?

We love candid moments and real emotions between the wonderful people we get to photography. In our session, we focus on the interactions of you and try to give you as much space as possible, but of course, also guide you if necessary. Standing in front of the camera is not an everyday occurrence, so we want you to be as comfortable as possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL MY FINAL GALLERY IS AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING?

Smaller portrait sessions take about 2-3 weeks until it will be possible to view them online, weddings 4-8 weeks. If your package also includes prints or albums, this can take a little bit longer. We know how excited you are to see the final images, so we do our best to provide you with the final product as soon as possible.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU OFFER 360BOOTH RENTAL IN CALIFORNIA?

 

We rent our 360 booth all San Diego area and county. From the south border to north county, contact us for any questions regarding coverage.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A 360 BOOTH?

The cost of a 360 booth rental varies on several factors including which package you choose, and the length of time you want a 360 video booth for your event. 

HOW MUCH SPACE DOES A 360 BOOTH NEED?

To make sure there is enough space for the 360 booth to spin, we require at least a 15ft X 15ft area. 

DO YOU DO OUTDOOR EVENTS?

Yes! but we require that the area provided must have a 120V power connections. The area must be dry and leveled, we cannott do events in sandy or muddy environments! 

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes! all events have a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit locks your date in, and goes toward your final balance which is due upon arrival on the day of your event. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FIT ON A 360 BOOTH AT ONCE?

We have a fairly large 360 booth platform measuring about 39" in diameter. It is capable of holding between 4-5 adults depending on size. 

DO YOU USE AN AUTOMATIC OR MANUAL 360 PHOTO BOOTH?

We use the best top of the line automatic 360 video booth for smooth, consistent videos every time!
